 I don't see a negative side effect of this.  The change is minor and I can
 see the argument for it (I also see the argument against it, but I think
 that is weaker).

 mosesonline, I don't see that we have a
 [http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/wiki/CLA CLA] on record for you.  While
 I don't think this change strictly requires on (I've reproduced it with a
 subtle difference), please see the page on
 [http://trac.osgeo.org/openlayers/wiki/HowToContribute making
 contributions] for detail on submitting a CLA.
