 This came up originally in ticket:2452 but for dealing with some
 situations a start callback is missing in !OpenLayers.Handler.Box.

 This patch proposes to add a start callback, since this is such a trivial
 change I would be very much grateful if this could make it in the 2.11
 release, but I'll leave that up to the release manager ofcourse. So feel
 free to bump to 2.12.
