 If others confirm that this is working functionally fine, I would
 recommend not to implement it in Map.js itself, but in the setSize of
 SVG.js. This will only work if in Map.js the layers.onMapResize event is
 fired also if oldSize == null. Since both are useful anyhow, it could be
 implemented without checking the userAgent on Chrome.
