[OpenLayers-Users] MapServer Layer - initial help

Hello,..
my second question today:

 I think wms overlay layer is not probably the best solution (label
behavior and so..) I've read something about mapserver layer there:

but no more info or doc how to use it at this time. Do you have someone
some working example, please ? Or link on some docs ?
