[OpenLayers-Users] Creating customized button for controls

Hello Lee,
 
i would think, the only possibly is to change the
OpenLayers.Control.MouseToolbar. There are the two buttons and their
behavior defined. I can't see any options to add new buttons.

How can I create a customized button (besides those such as zoom or pan
already provided in the library) for the controls? After creating, how can I
add them to the existing mousetoolbar?
