[OpenLayers-Users] Flicker while dragging map with vector in FF

The google drag flicker is captured in 
http://trac.openlayers.org/ticket/816 as far as I understand. I can't 
understand how this bug is left around for so long. It is pretty serious 
in the sense of AJAX experience. The same thing does happen in my trials 
with Yahoo layer too but the flicker is not so bad.
