[OpenLayers-Users] Google Style popup

I implemented this through Yahoo (YUI).  I have not messed around with 
making the styling match Google, but that could easily be done through 
CSS given enough motivation.  It is fairly straight-forward, but not 
really suitable as a patch for OpenLayers itself.
