[OpenLayers-Users] map.setCenter throws maxExtent has no properties

Ahh, there ya go Christopher.  I guess the call was being made before those
last maps had finished loading, so the base layer wasn't...there yet..

So, I change to setTimeout("setCenter", 100), and that gives it enough
time.
