[OpenLayers-Users] Find UTM Zone from x,y

Does anybody have a script that does this?  Any language is fine I will just
convert it.

Basically if I pass in the x,y coordinates in WGS_84 or any other meter
projection I would like it to return the zone that those coordinates are in.
