[OpenLayers-Users] KML Layer being redrawn at a wrong location

Hi List!

I have a map with a VirtualEarth and KML (GML) layers. After zooming or
panning, the features of the KML layer are being shifted wrongly, so the
feature ist not shown on its right place.
Could it be an OpenLayers bug?
