[OpenLayers-Users] Overlay dont "refresh" with setcenter forcezoom.

When I finally toke the time to try the tip, it worked.
I created a function that used i++ and mergeNewParams with a {cnt: i} and
then used moveTo 
So the problem was indeed a browser cache.
