[OpenLayers-Users] DEM browsers in OpenLayers

Well, I needed an excuse to play with the Control.Hover, which is the
basis for http://wardrobe.dhs.org/jrf/index.html.  The code is rather
crude, but it works on Debian and FF (no performance features like
multi-urls or TC so the server might be slow ).
