[OpenLayers-Users] TileCache WMS

Hello everybody,
during my learning with OL and TileCache I find this strange issue:

http://doktoreas.dyndns.biz/apache2-default/luca/ol/wms_tilecache.html

As you can see, also if both layers use the same TileCache layer they appear 
differentes and, looking at the coordinates, just the first one is correct.
This is the layer:
