[OpenLayers-Users] Select issues with framed cloud pop-ups

I have noticed that when I have a framed cloud pop-up drawn and I want
to select a different feature that falls within the bbox of the pop-up
window, I can't select it.  My assumption is that the popup has a
higher z-index and when I attempt to select the feature, I am hitting
the transparent part of the pop-up graphic.

Are there any workarounds for this, or is this just a side effect that
you have to live with?
