[OpenLayers-Users] tilecache layer

I have a tilecache server projected to EPSG:27700.  I have added it to my
openlayers map as a read only tilecache.  Although it works fine using the
tilecache wms the OpenLayers.Layer.TileCache approach has some problems.  At
some scales the tiles are misaligned.  A few tiles are simply at the wrong
co-ordinates (although not all).  Any ideas why this may be happening?
