[OpenLayers-Users] IE panning problem

Hi,

This page also work slower in IE than in FF:
http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/fullScreen.html

As you can see in FF one can pan even if some tiles are still not loaded. IE
seems to wait and stop panning until all visible tiles are loded already.
Why ? Is there any way to change this behaviour ?
