In an effort to get a bit more coordinated as a community, I'd like to 
start having weekly scheduled chats on IRC.  See 
http://trac.openlayers.org/wiki/Proposal/Meetings for a bit more detail.

We'll keep it short - 30 minutes.  The goal is to get the PSC and other 
developers coordinated about the upcoming release.

If you are able to make it, please block out 1/2 hour to focus on the 
meeting - as we'd like to have undivided attention (ha!) if possible.

If you are on IRC but are not able to block out time for the meeting, 
please respect those that are using the time for the meeting.
