[OpenLayers-Users] Map Extent/Div Size

Hello,

I have a bounding box expressed in degrees and I would like the map
frame to match  this box. How can I know the CSS size ratio I should
use for the div element?

When the map is first loaded, I get a white zone between the map and
its frame (under). Is it related to the map extent/div element size
ratio doesn't match?
