[OpenLayers-Users] Firefox Vector Rendering in Modify Feature Example

IE supports VML, everyone else supports SVG.
OpenLayers tries to detect what type of vector rendering to use.
Due to a bug in OL/change in FF this fails.

The sandbox is not updated to use the latest version of OL,
where this problem is fixed.

If you use OL 2.7 it works fine, but the snapping is not included,
and must be added manually.
