[OpenLayers-Users] WMSCapabilities to retrieve the legend url

Hi,

I want to use this WMSCapabilities to retrieve the legend url of every layer
to be able to build a legend ( our WMS server does not support
GetLegendGraphic ... ) but I don't find how to use it.
Is there a code example available ?
