[OpenLayers-Users] Filtering WFS Linestring results

Hello,

is there any way to apply a filter to a WFS Layer which source are
Linestrings?
I have a large route (about 1500 positions), and I would like to be able to
drag some posicions to adjust them.. But it is not possible with all these
points in the map.. Is there any strategy that could fit that?
