[OpenLayers-Users] Pro4js in IE

Note that if you use the proj4js-combined.js file, all of the projection 
class code (projCode/*.js) is included in that file already through the 
build script and proj4js-compressed.js is a compressed version of that 
file. If you just include proj4js.js, projection class code and 
projection definitions will be loaded dynamically, although there was a 
bug with that in IE that was recently fixed 
(http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4js/ticket/28).
