[OpenLayers-Users] issue with DOCTYPEs .

hey guys,

Having an issue with DOCTYPEs and OpenLayers - I've broken it down into the
simplest possible example pages:

a> With no DOCTYPE (renders fine): http://4words.com/ol/without-doctype.html

b> With a valid HTML 4.01 Strict Doctype:
http://4words.com/ol/with-html4-doctype.html

c> With a valid HTML 5 Doctype: http://4words.com/ol/with-html5-doctype.html.

b> and c> do not render anything for me at all on all the browsers i tested
on (opera, chrome, ff). Just removing the DOCTYPE tag makes the controls
appear.

Not sure if its a bug or something stupid I'm doing ..
