[OpenLayers-Users] Two important questions

Hi everyone.

Here are my two questions:
1. Is it possible to implement a property or function which allows to 
zoom out in a map by double-clicking the right mouse-button?

2. I have some points in my map, which open a popup by clicking one of 
them. Now I want that after loading the map the mouse pointer  changes 
its appearance (for example the typical hand) by hover a point. The 
problem is that this is possible after clicking the points but not at 
the first load of the map. Does anybody know the reason for that?
