Yes it is.

Nope.

I'm not aware of a way to include the geometry in the GML
getFeatureInfo response with MapServer.
However, I heard it was possible with recent releases.
If some MapServer expert is in the room, please stand up and speak ;-)

GeoServer is able to return the geometries, but only in the original
data SRS. It will not reproject them.
