[OpenLayers-Users] Vector rotation issues with 2.9

Hi,

thanks for the simplified examples. I took the html and tested it against my patched local build, and it worked. Looking at line 601 of the OpenLayers.js of your 2.9fix version shows me that your OpenLayers.js is not patched.
