[OpenLayers-Users] Defining custom layer for overview map, please help

Ok so I figured out that my overview map is actually working, except the
startup for the center position and the zoom range is way too much as it is
zoomed in to where I cannot see anything plus the center is not the same as
my regular map. Is it possible to use the setcenter method for an overview
map?
