[OpenLayers-Users] show two layers with different projections

Thank you for your suggestion.
I did as you suggest, but I still end up with the raster showing with a
white haze over it - no vectors.
if I use a baselayer that is in EPSG:2249 and show the EPSG:2249 layer on
top, both layers display.
