[OpenLayers-Users] show two layers with different projections

No worries, I'm a beginner as well. 
I've had luck putting a vector layer (as a WMS) over a raster (another WMS).
But, I set the opacity of the 'vector' to 1.0

Worked just fine. And I let geoserver do the projections.
