[OpenLayers-Users] Problems on different browsers : IE vs the others

Hi,

I have been working on a ArcGIS Server Layer with OpenLayers. Everything
seems to be OK until I check the site with IE9.
I also check it with compatible mode, and it is still the same. You can see
the problem from the links below.

Is there anything to fix this?
