[OpenLayers-Users] remove/destroy oldest point on a layer.

Hi all,

possibly a repeat question, but I haven't found a solution yet. I'm pulling
in points dynamically, and I want to limit the number of point to an
arbitrary number. How can I destroy or remove the oldest point on a vector
layer when the threshold number is reached? Ideas?
