Me neither. Seems to me it's the google layers that aren't working. I 
have maps where switching to a google layer disables the mousewheel. I 
notice the same effect here in the examples.

Switch to google streets and the mousewheel stops working:

No mousewheel for any layers:

Using Firefox 4.0.1 and IE 8.
