[OpenLayers-Users] center an openlayers map using url

Hi,

I just started looking at openlayers, and its a really good tool.

I need some help. I would like to like to center an openlayers map on a
particular latlng using a url e.g xy.com?lat=30&lng=30
the href is on a div outside the map and I'm using body onload as in the
examples.
