Check your Apache error_log That is the #1 place where you will find out 
why Apache is throwing a fit: that's where you would find notes about 
file permissions, missing interpreters, and syntax errors in the program.

With the error message from the log, you should have no problem fixing 
it; without that error message, not a lot of hope.
