[OpenLayers-Users] ArcGIS Cache full extent problem?

Hello-

I'm looking at the new ArcGIS stuff, and it is great:

however, there are some oddities that i am not sure how to fix.  In
these examples, note that when you click on the full extent button
(sometimes twice), it moves the map somewhere odd.  In addition, note
that the map is selecting tiles beyond the globe -- showing "Map data
not yet available" for things off the map:
http://services.arcgisonline.com/ArcGIS/rest/services/World_Street_Map/MapServer/tile/0/0/1

Any ideas how or why this may be happening?

It looks like the map extent is getting set to match the layer full
extent.  Perhaps this is a projection issue?
