Hi all,

I am seeing this too with the latest stable Chrome build
(18.0.1025.162 m) and canary build; 20.0.1099.1

go to http://openlayers.org/dev/examples/boxes-vector.html and just
resize the browser window until the map div starts resizing, you'll
see the features not being moved accordingly. Tested using OL 2.11 and
2.12rc-1
Tested on ff 11 and it's fine.
I guess it's a chrome bug - will file it with google.
