[OpenLayers-Users] very slow while rendering GML in IE

hi all,

i want to provide popup for user while they click to edit poi attribution,
so introduced Vector layer with GML. However, rendering is so slow with IE
but fast in FF/chrome, more than 300 points, how to improve its performance?

any ideas are welcomed.
