I don't know whether Oracle Spatial can read WKT, Well Known Text. If 
so, then you can use the WKT writer class.

var geom   = feature.geometry;
var writer = new OpenLayers.Format.WKT();
var wkt    = writer.write(geom);
alert(wkt);
