[OpenLayers-Users] blocking zoom

[Biribu]

I have some problems with zooming. My markers and lines goes crazy and change
their possition so I decided to block all zoom and leave just the level I
choose.

I already banned zoom panel at left side but I don't know how to block wheel
zoom.

I searched around internet and all I found about zooming problem is that it
can be solved using spherical mercator but I tried and it doesn't work
neither...
