[OpenLayers-Users] IE is doesn’t seem to load the map

Hello,

As an update I was able to get the map and all to load in IE after 
adding <meta http-equiv="X-UA-Compatible" content="IE=8" > to the head 
tag.  However, it requires a refresh for this to happen.
