[OpenLayers-Users] Layer visibility depends on position of meridian

Hi,
I was wondering if there is any way to make layers visible at all time or something that would allow the application to draw what is actually within the viewport, and not wait for the meridian to cross the center of the application window before it draws the layers on the map again.
