[OpenLayers-Users] add exeption to WMC

HI, everyone

I have a question about WMC. Is it possible to add more params in
the exception section for a layer. I have a layer with env param for
 dynamic styling (i am using geoserver). I would like to right this param
to the wmc file (in the exception section). The env params is different for
each layers so OpenLayers.Format.WMC({'layerOptions': {""}}) won't work. Is
there a easy way to do this?

ps : can we still contribute to OpenLayers 3 because It seems that the
Indiegogo is not active.
