[OpenLayers-Users] OpenLayers Geoserver WMS Layer Added but Tiles Do Not Display

Hello everyone,

I resolved this issue and thought I would post the solution to those who
encounter the same. 

My application is managed through IIS 7, so I installed Application Request
Routing (ARR) and added a URL Rewrite to rewrite incoming GeoServer requests
to the port on which it resides on the application machine. 

I also changed the URL request string to point directly to the application
server instead of local host.
