<div>Christopher,</div>
<div> </div>
<div>I do have PIL installed. I have a test.py that I make sure it runs with. I had an earlier error because I have a 64 bit operating system but the 32 bit version works just fine. TG. The building of a 64 bit version of PIL was more than I wanted to handle right now. The image does work when I do not specify filebounds.

<div> </div>
<div>The image is too big to attach. It is 4MB.</div>
<div> </div>
<div>Here is the URL of the very first div tag for this layer. You can see that the BBOX is not within the MaxExtent range.</div>
