<div dir="ltr">I've noticed a resize issue. Don't know if it's new or not though. Don't mind the cartesian overlay over the mercator map. <br>
<br>It starts out with Google Maps. Switch to Virtual Earth. Notice that if you try to pan now, it doesn't pan correctly. It only seems to occur with the Virtual Earth map. Switch to any of the other basemaps, and it doesn't behave this way.<br>

As a note to all who read this, I've tested the 2.7-rc2 library and<br>
everything seems functional except for the fact that vector layers on top of<br>
the VE layer will be panned instead of the base VE layer. Just some info<br>
for the common cause because I was caught off guard by Microsoft shutting<br>
off v3.<br>
