Your Tuscany Map url has SRS=EPSG:3003 which is not your map<br>
displayProjection. Change that to SRS=EPSG:4326. Also, WMS layers are base<br>
layers by default so you need to specify it is an overlay by writing<br>
isBaseLayer: false in your options.<br>
