              display the historic time-series, and handle the
              geographic metadata. Otherwise it sounds like you want a
              layer/feature layer of some kind that will connect to
              whatever application you have that will render the
              time-series photographs. It wouldn't be too hard to have a
              link to your application launcher in some geo-metadata...</div>

                      Has anyone done anything similar or knows of such
