Yes, if it fits the code base, you can add a patch to a new ticket
on the Proj4js trac system at <a
href="http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4js/">http://trac.osgeo.org/proj4js/</a>.
We would also need a set of test points (geodectic and equivalent
projected coordinates) and the proj.4 definition string.<br>
