Hello Everyone.
I use OpenLayers-2.13.1. There is problem with animated panning - 
Google layers has delay with Vector or WMS layer.

It's same as animated zooming which fix by: 
zoomMethod: null  - for map
and
animationEnabled: false  - for google. 

I found in documentation 
<a href="http://dev.openlayers.org/releases/OpenLayers-2.13.1/doc/apidocs/files/OpenLayers/Map-js.html#OpenLayers.Map.panMethod" target="_top" rel="nofollow" link="external">panMethod: null</a>, but it doesn't work. 

Somebody know another method to turn off animated panning?
