I would just to reiterate the problem is not with openlayers. The
problem is server-side. If you dont know how to debug on the server,
then you may need to learn how fast.<br>

Perhaps you try posting a copy of what your proxy.cgi looks like.
Someone used to using it might be able to help.<br>
Have you put url AND Port into the allowed hosts? <br>
